Scientists, teachers, managers and post-graduate students are invited to participate in the conference.
The mode of publications: scientific article about 6 pages (12 000 symbols).

Admission fee — 100 ? (VAT including). It is paid by foreign participants in rubles according to the exchange rate at date of the payment in any department of the SBERBANK of Russia after the arrival to Saint Petersburg.
The admission fee includes the edition of theses, hand out, organizational expenses, coffee-breaks.
Accommodation and meals are not included to admission fee.
