The Herzen State Рedagogical University of Russia currently offers several educational programmes, those be awarded by Bachelor Degree, Master Degree  and Candidate of Science (as postgraduate studies). 
Those degree programmes are mostly distributed among 20 Faculties and 6 Institutes, however some of them are multidisciplinary and involve several faculties.
The language of instruction in most degree programmes is Russian. 

Most degree programmes are open for foreign citizens who meet all entry requirments and are ready to provide all necessary documents according to the relevant rules and regulations in force.
Foreign citizens should pay tuition fees which varies depending on a certain degree programme and field of study.
